at St. Martin's Lutheran School a few years back, Larry is now working with the staff of Hope. He received his Bachelor of Science in Education degree at Concordia Teachers College in Seward, NE and completed his Masters in Education at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. His teaching career has taken him to Greenfield, WI (Our Father's Lutheran School), Lester Prairie, MN (St. Paul's Lutheran Church), Janesville, WI (St. Paul's Lutheran School), Hamburg, MN (Emanuel Lutheran School) and Williston, ND (Williston State College). He has taught mainly in the elementary level prior to coming to Hope teaching classes to grades 1-9. Larry's passion is music and loves to be involved in every aspect
possible. Whether teaching music classes, holding band and choir practices, Larry can always be found to have a jingle. His primary responsibility at Hope is teaching choir and is very anxious in getting a pep band started. Around Christmas time 2009, Larry worked with the choir students to put on a Madrigal Event at the school which included audience participation, a hoisting of the Wassail, costumes and signing by all. Larry would like you to know that he is the father of six, grandfather of three and husband of one. Welcome Larry.
