Tobiah Boone Elbert
Toby was born in Enid, Oklahoma to parents Tom and Susan Elbert. Toby's father is an Air Force Chaplain and his mother is a Homemaker. Toby has lived in five different states and four different countries throughout his life. He attended college at Concordia University, Nebraska where he received a Bachelors of Science, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. At Concordia, Toby played piano, organ, sang in two choirs, served in the pre-medical program and worked as a resident assistant. For the past two summers, Toby has worked as a clinical technician at Rebound Orthopedics in Frankfort, Kentucky.
Jessica Marie Elbert
Jessica grew up in Winona County, attending St. Martin's Lutheran School and becoming one of the first graduating class members of Hope Lutheran High School. She attended Concordia University, Nebraska, where she met Toby and received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in History and Geography. At Concordia she minored in communications and was involved in many different aspects of theatre, including costuming and stage managing. She has recently worked as an Activities/Life Enrichment Assistant at Ridgewood Care Center and Nursing Home in Seward, Nebraska.
Shannon Bautch
Mrs. Bautch graduated from Winona State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education. She has taught for 4 years. She is licensed to teach business classes for grades 7 thru 12. Those classes include, but are not limited to: Business Law, Economics, Keyboarding, Office Skills, Accounting, Desktop Publishing, Word Processing, Computer Application, Business English, Year Book, and Personal Finance .
Glenn Going
Mr. Going is a graduate of Concordia Teachers College, Seward, Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. He has been teaching for 30 years in various Lutheran high and elementary schools across the country. He has taught a wide variety of subjects, but primarily Biology, Art and Religion. Mr. Going also has experience in student government, yearbook, and counseling and has coached soccer, wrestling, football, and baseball. He has been with Hope LHS for three years and is happily married with five wonderful children.
Pastor Moore
Pastor Moore is the senior pastor of St. Martians Evangelical Lutheran Church. He is a teacher at Hope and has been teaching religion classes at Hope for two years
Tammy O'Laughlin
Mrs. O'Laughlin has 15 years of teaching experience in grades 7-12. She graduated from Concordia Nebraska with a teaching degree in secondary education
and dual majored in math and biology. Mrs. O'Laughlin has taught at Kinnick High School on the U.S. Naval Base in Yokosuka, Japan, St. John Luthern School in Seward, NE, and Hope Lutheran since 2003. Currently she teaches General Math, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Advanced Math, and Pre-calculus. She has also taught Biology and Physics. She was the volleyball coach at St. Martins for the past 9 years and coached Hope Lutheran's first volleyball team in 2004.Mrs. O"Laughlin was a Stay-at-home mom for 14 years and is happily married to Sean O'Laughlin (awesome husband and father) with 5 daughters ages 12 to 22.

Larry Finke
Larry Finke received a BS in Education from Concordia University-Nebraska where he majored in music and minored in music education and English. He also received a Masters in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He has served Lutheran and Catholic parishes in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota in educational and musical ministries. At Hope LHS, he teaches choir, band, German I German II, English 9 and English 10. He also teaches Music Appreciation and Fundamentals of Music on-line for the North Dakota University System through Williston State College.
In whatever spare time he can find, he likes to read, write, and do woodwork. Larry and his wife, Bonnie, have six children and five grandchildren.
